How to View a Skills Checklist in Relias


# Login into Relias -

1. Select Learner View in top right corner

2. Click on Transcript on left side of page

3. Click on Completed: To sort in ascending or descending order.

4. Name of the Observation should be near the top if you chose descending order

5. Click on the picture of a checklist

6. Observation will appear in a small screen

7. You can view in this format and scroll to read any notes

8. If you would like to print/download to PDF, click on the save icon

9. Click on PDF

PDF will auto download for you to view
