Create Performance Goals



# Login into NetEngage from Netchex

1. Click on View All under Goals on your bashboard

2. Scroll to the bottom to see all Goals

3. Click on + ADD

5. Click on Performance Goal

Performance Goals are the only goals that will show on your review

6. Type "in the title of your goal

7. Add your description of goal

This would be detailed information about the goal

8. Click Start

This date would be 7/1/23. The goal will not pull into the review if date is not correct

Click Start

9. Click Due date

This date would be 6/30/24. The goal will not pull into the review if date is not correct

Click Due date

10. Choose a Unit Type

If no, unit type choose N/A

11. Choose who This goal is visible to:…

12. Click on Save Goal
