A small window will populate to complete the Objective Checklist

6. For each Objection/Actionable select whether the Emerging Leader has Met or Not Met

8. Please add any notes about your discussion with your Emerging Leader

9. Select whether overall if your Emerging Leader Met or Not Met Requirements for the months topics.

10. Check the attestation once all is completed.

12. Your learner will no longer appear under learners enrolled once observation has been recorded.
