00:00: This module will work you through how to submit a request for service within the VOA

00:04: Support Portal mobile app

00:07: When logged into the app, you can select the request service button.

00:11: From there, select the request. You would like, in this example, we will use

00:15: the create a RingCentral account. You'll notice that you can submit a

00:19: request for yourself or submit a request for someone else.

00:22: First start off with the employees name from there, you can enter in their job

00:26: title or position title. Next you can use the drop-down to select

00:31: which department the employees belongs to, which program the employee is in.

00:35: And finally, what the location of that program is Then enter in

00:39: the four digit fund code for that program followed by the employees VOA

00:43: seller, email address. Enter in the area code.

00:46: The employee lives in or where their program is at, this will ensure that

00:50: we give them a number specific to their location.

00:53: Next select the date that the employee needs this by a good example, would

00:58: be if the employee has a higher start date. Once everything is filled out,

01:02: press on the request button,

01:04: You'll notice your request was successful when you see the item request successfully message.

01:09: From there. You can go to the app's home screen and find the request by

01:13: pressing on the request. You can add more information, edit the request or

01:17: track its progress.
