00:00: This module will walk you through submitting a ticket through the VOA Support Portal mobile app
00:06: Once logged into the mobile app, you can press on the Report Issue button.
00:11: You will notice that your name is already listed as the requester. You can also press the dropdown arrow to submit a ticket on someone else's behalf.
00:20: You can start by entering in the subject of your issue. Remember, the more descriptive the better.
00:26: From there, enter in a good contact number were we can reach you at if we have additional questions. You can then select the Ticket Type. From there select the category of your request, followed by the subcategory of your request, and lastly what specific item it falls under. Next, select which administrative department who should handle this request and then the department or program that you belong to. In the description area, you can type out a detailed explanation of what you need help with. Again, the more detailed you can be, the better.
00:57: Let us know what is currently going and also when it might have stopped working. If possible, you can also submit a screenshot or a photo of the issue by pressing the paperclip icon in the top right corner. Once done, press on the submit button.
01:13: You'll see a ticket created successfully message. You can also scroll down to your ticket and press it to see more details. Here is where you can see updates on your ticket, add additional information, and also who will be assigned to work on it.
